Florida Genealogical Society (Tampa)

Serving the Needs of the Genealogical Community for Over 50 Years
About Our Society
The Florida Genealogical Society is the oldest genealogical society in Florida, founded in 1958. Our meetings are normally held at 10:30 AM on the first Saturday of the month in the auditorium of the John F. Germany Public Library, 900 North Ashley Drive, in downtown Tampa.

In 2011, the October meeting will be replaced by the annual Fall Seminar, to be held on Saturday, October 1, on the USF Tampa campus, in the Marshall Student Center's Plaza Room.
